Called this company and 1 other company just after 8am and this is the company that answered so they immediately got our business. They gave me an ETA between 10a-1pm but Camilo was here before 9am! We thought the worse but the best case scenario happened. It was the thermostat inside that stopped working and he was able to replace it and get it running in under 30-40 mins. I was happy to pay that $125 service fee for coming out on Saturday too. Well worth the money. Thank you again Camilo and Madd Air!

He also informed me of a few things that I can do to make it run more efficiently to save us money. Very intelligent very good at his job and was even early to our appointment. I recommend him 100%.

We have been using Madd Air for quite a while. Sam has been our go to guy ever since we started with them and he is awesome! They are very honest and we even trust them in our house when we are not there. Our AC just went out and they were there the same day and we got a new AC the next day. I would refer them to anyone having heating and cooling issues.

Professional From Start to Finish We recently hired MADD Air to replace a 5-ton AC system along with the furnace. We had also received two other bids for the work, reflecting their price competitiveness. MADD responded quickly to our inquiry and was professional from start to finish, led by Sam Sparks. Sam walked us through the work scope and proposed several options. When we mentioned as an aside that our two water heaters were near end of life, Sam said they could replace those too… and DID at a competitive price! The workmanship was good, and the system is operating as expected. I especially liked how the 3-person installation crew worked with a purpose and a spring in their step. No one likes to spend big dollars on HVAC, but we are satisfied and cool, with hot water to boot.

We had Sam from MADD air out today to give us info on replacing a very old heat pump. Sam gave us prudent points to consider. We have too much tonnage in our home. He recommended ways we can save money in the long run. We highly recommend people like Sam. Will be getting back soon when we decide the best option Thank you for the detailed evaluation today!
