Thanks to Sam for taking good care of us. We replaced two heater/ac units at one time and they showed up early, got everything installed, cleaned up and were gone by early afternoon. The crew was respectful and polite. Very satisfied.

We would like to thank Madd Air once again, we called yesterday and Sam came out, and found the problem. So the Madd Air crew came out today with a new A/C unit and furnace. They were all very polite and started to work without delay, they were all very knowledgeable and knew what had to be done. We are very pleased with Madd Air and their family employees. I will always refer people to Madd Air and Heating.

I must say, I was EXTREMELY impressed with Joey & his team. They showed up early (with a heads up first) & worked hard all day replacing the ductwork in our 2-story home. They were all very friendly & professional at the same time. They did a stellar job. They brought tarps & covered the flooring, furniture & appliances where they had to cut into the sheetrock. After the job was complete they vacuumed the house, swept & you couldn’t tell they had been here at all. I would HIGHLY recommend Madd for all of your A/C needs. Top notch crew!

We had a technician named JOEY who came out and explained all the details perfectly for us to understand. He gave us much time and effort in his estimate and got our system up and running immediately. He came back a few days later just to check all the vents and how everything was working. Couldn’t ask for a better gentleman. call JOEY!!? PRICE WAS RIGHT AND GOT VETERANS DISCOUNT…

We hired Madd to get us a new AC unit, and Camilo was so helpful through the entire process. He explained all the pros and cons of their various machines and really listened to our needs and took them into consideration without worrying about upselling us. For the installation, their team was so unbelievably quick, and they cleaned up after themselves so it felt like my house was even cleaner after they left than when they arrived! I'd hire them 100 more times (although hopefully I won't have to) and recommend them to all my friends!

We contacted Madd Air due to a problem with our AC system. The day of the scheduled visit (4/21/24), the forecast was stormy. When Joey called ahead, we gave him the option to reschedule because of the weather but he insisted on keeping the appointment. He was prompt and courteous and got right to work. Despite the pouring rain, Joey maintained a high level of professionalism and a friendly demeanor. He diagnosed and explained the issue, made the repair and answered our questions. It came as no surprise that we had another great experience with Madd Air. Thank you, Joey, for a job well done!

For the manager- I give her a 2/10 she was defensive, did not listen well, interrupted with a defensive retort- and had a very prickly phone manner. I started off saying I was very impressed with Camilo and would give him a great review (hence, the 5 stars)- I just had questions about the billing. I had cleaned my own coils the day before (they charge $300+ to do it) and struggled to align the panels back- (both units worked well-fans blowing and spraying all the debris/vacuuming the interior was needed) they charged me $125 to put my panels back on- my complaint was two fold- it took him over 30 minutes to figure out how to put them on- I guess I just thought if they were the professionals- they know how to put them on. Then they charged me $178 for servicing both units- but he didn’t hose them down as I had already cleaned them the day before- and the fan would not work on one of the units after he put them back- he acknowledges they worked when he first came - $300 to put panels on and check pressures/furnace? Just seemed high and the manager was defensive cutting in insinuating I had cut the wire- then when I point out he had cut it- she only said- “Well, he fixed it didn’t he?” Just snarky-

Sam and his team came out and sprayed insulation into the attic to bring it up to par. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up behind themselves. Price seemed fair.

MADD Air is the embodiment of perfect customer service! They replaced my AC unit a few years back with stellar service, and when I called them back to check out why my fan wasn’t working, they came to my house same day and installed a new furnace the very next day! They made the process so easy. Justin was very helpful and communicated quickly and thoroughly. My thermostat stopped working the next day, I didn’t noticed until after hours, I called and left a voicemail expecting a call the next morning, Heather called me back 15 mins later and had a technician call me. Camilo came to my house within a hour and replaced my thermostat. Camilo was able to identify the issue quickly and had me up and running within minutes of his arrival. I will recommend this company to Everyone! I wish more businesses would be a fraction of what this company gives to their customers.

I called Madd air at 8 o’clock one morning and they were at my house by 3 o’clock that afternoon. Service was excellent. My service technician was named Joseph and he was very personable and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this company.

I called to ask if they will service my existing unit. I spoke to Ashley and she was very helpful and informative. I didn’t feel rushed during the conversation and answered all my concerns. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

When we got up this morning we realized the heat was not working. I call Madd and they stated they would have a technician at the house in about 30 minutes. Camilo arrived within about 20 minutes. He determined we had had a power surge and burned a few wires. He had the unit up and running in 45 minutes. Thank you Camilo for your help 👍.

We had an issue on the weekend and decided to try Madd air due to positive reviews we had seen online. Camillo came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. He gave us options for repair without being pushy towards any option, unlike another company we had used in the past. We ended up deciding to replace our whole system. The team that came out was quick with the install. The whole replacement was several thousand less to replace everything than we were quoted last summer by another company for just the AC unit. Very happy with our experience and will continue to be a customer!

On behalf of Monica W: We had heard/read about the excellent service provided by MADD Air but had never experienced it firsthand until our upstairs furnace quit working. Camilo of MADD Air came out the next day and promptly got it working. As the unit was very old Camilo was concerned about CO emissions and did an unsolicited and free check to ensure our safety. All was good.Since both our HVAC units were 22 years old and we had been debating about new units, we took the opportunity to get estimates. Camilo provided a number of options. After receiving a couple more bids we decided to go with MADD Air primarily due to their reputation. The new units were installed this week. Camilo and his crew were amazing - prompt, courteous, and thorough.We don’t know if the decision to replace our old, but largely reliable, units was the correct one but we do know that the decision to go with MADD Air was correct.

Madd air has been our AC/Heating company for several years. Madd has remained our company because of their high performance and trustworthiness. Sam has been to our home in Kingwood several times and he is always polite, professional and easy-natured. He explains things well, also. He's the tech I request if available. We've also done business with JJ and he's highly qualified and polite, also. He brings the same skill set to the table as Sam. I cannot emphasize enough how important trustworthiness is. Customer service techniques from the employees entering your home and answering your questions is extremely important at a time when the customer is usually stressed. Sam came out after another company tried and failed to install our Nest thermostat. Sam had it diagnosed in fixed in a short amount of time. We highly recommend Sam and Madd Air.

We love Madd Air! Justin arrived right on time and was able to fix our heater. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding.

We have been using Madd Air for all of our HVAC needs for several years. We contracted for their twice a year (one for heating and one for air conditioning) check-up plan. They recently came out to do the heater system check-up that comes with the maintenance contract and discovered that a heat exchanger was emitting carbon monoxide. They provided a detailed explanation of the problem and the solution and answered all of our quesions. Our furnace was 20+ years old. They came out the next morning and had the new furnace in by noon. Comilo Rosales is the best. Great service and they always quote a competitive price and also seem to find a way to throw in little extras at no additional cost. No wonder that thay have all 5 star ratings.

I live in the Humble, TX area.. and Sam was very kind, professional, and fair with the price. He was informative on the service and recommendations, and I could tell he truly meant each word he said. Would call again in a heartbeat for any services they provide.

First, I want to apologize for the delay in submitting this review as life has been happening. I want to express that my husband and I are always impressed with the personnel and services we continue to receive from Madd Air. Their dedication and service is as awesome today as it was the first time we used them.I previously submitted a review a couple of years ago (as H AYoungJ) and want to reiterate and add to those comments. Once again, they promptly rescued us. During the last, brutally hot, triple digit days of July, an a/c part failed and it was in excess of 80 degrees in our house. We spoke with Heather, who always promptly responds and is a pleasure to work with. She arranged for Justin to respond, which he promptly did, that same Saturday afternoon. He advised me that it was a big job, required a crew, and was amazingly able to get it scheduled for that Monday.Turix and his installers, who also arrived promptly on that Monday, were very courteous and professional. After placing drop cloths on the floors, they spent the day completing the job and cleaning up after themselves. Camillo came by before and after (actually that night) to check on it. Camilo has always responded to my calls, is very patient and takes time to explain the issues and resolutions.We are so happy with Madd Air that we had our roof replaced by Madd Roofing last December. We received the same stellar service. The roof was done a couple of days after our consultation with Brandon, who was also a pleasure to work with. It is very well done and beautiful. The crew was awesome. Recently, my neighbor asked for their information. Madd air really took care of me when I needed them most. I had some condensation building up in my ducting in the attic. Although it was a small job ,they came out and and did the job right, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. They did such a good job I decided to sign up for their seasonal services so I can rest assured my system will be at peak performance all the time. These guys are top notch, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Madd Air Heating and Cooling.

Our A/C died on Saturday 09/02 the Labor Day Weekend, so we were really surprised when I called Madd Air that we were able to arrange for a tech to come out. Camillo arrived Saturday afternoon and check out the system. Unfortunately something had chewed through the low voltage wiring between the attic unit and the outside unot. The insulation was broken in several places. He said he would not be able to get a crew out to replace the wiring until Tuesday morning because of the holiday. So we had 3 very hot nights in the house, but we did have plenty of fans. Tuesday morning the crew were here at 7:30 am and all was back up and running by 8:45 am. Thank you very much to Camillo Rosales and his crew. Madd Air have been looking after our A/C for about 4 years and I would recommend them for their prompt efficient and professional service.

Sam and the crew at Madd Air have consistently saved my sweaty family many times. Always honest, gives all options, and even responds to texts when I had small questions. Recently had to install complete systems in my home and they had it done within 24 hours. Can’t say enough about this company, their people, and service. If you don’t use them, you’re missing out in my opinion.

Could not ask for better or more prompt service. Sam came out same day said we needed a new circuit board. He sourced one and replaced it all in one day. My family and I are thankful. Great company!

Best company ever! This amazing team of people have always come to my rescue when needed! Recently, they added a system to our addition that cools better than my main house A/C, but made sure to service the system, that was installed long before I found them, to ensure it would all work together smoothly! When my whole home AC went out during the hottest day of summer, they scheduled me and had someone out super fast to ensure my babies and I could stay cool! Then, they replaced the thermostat in my camper that kept switching to furnace! The office staff is always friendly, the owner is sure to check all the jobs for accuracy and… their other company Madd Roofing is just as amazing! I’ll be leaving a 5 star review there next!!

Their professionalism, quality of work and dependability I have not seen from many companies in years. And that extends from their office personnel to their technicians. I’m just very impressed and that is an amazing feeling these days. They are and will be my go-to contact for anything AC or heat related. Folks, they’re worth EVERY DIME!
