I've used Madd Air for years, mostly for emergency services when my A/C or furnace had stopped working. They have always been prompt and taken care of the issues professionally. Recently, my old HVAC system finally went out and was completely shot. I contacted Madd Air and a technician named Sam was out within a couple hours. He did some troubleshooting and quickly realized that the system needed replacement. They were able to get me on the schedule the very next morning and the job was done within about 3 hours. Sam made sure that the job was done right. They came in and put drop cloths along the path they needed as well as on my wooden staircase. When the team left, I couldn't even tell that anyone had been in my house. They not only did a great job with the HVAC replacement, but they went above and beyond to respect my home and make sure that nothing was inadvertently damaged. I highly recommend Madd Air to anyone, and if you can request that Sam be your technician, I would highly recommend him as well.

A++++ team! I drove up to my business on a hot Friday morning to find that both of our outside air conditioning units had been STOLEN! We contacted Madd Air who had installed one of the units less than a year ago. They had one of the units in stock but said it would be Monday or Tuesday before the other unit could be installed. They worked with the police AND our insurance. By 5pm THAT DAY they had BOTH units installed! They recommended to have custom cages built to secure our units, but would likely take 2 weeks to be complete. By lunch the next Monday the cages had been installed. For a potential huge headache, Madd Air made a terrible situation basically a non-issue for us and finished the job well under their original estimate. We are customers for life!

MADD air is by far the most professional company we have ever used, from the workers to the owner it is a 5 star rating. We worked with Joey, who has given us the best customer service possible to the actual work, which so far has had great results. They don’t nickel and dime you, but the job they do, is worth every nickel and dime. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Well MADD Air has hit another home run! Our HVAC system recently gave up ( after about 5 years of MADD Air helping us to keep it running). Joseph and his team arrived at the stated time, got to work, and finished the project the same day. Joseph and his crew were exceptional - kind, courteous, and hard working. They were so respectful of our home and furnishings-they used drop cloths, caution, and even swept the front porch as a part of their project cleanup. These guys are absolutely awesome, and have been every time I’ve called on them! I would never think of using another heating and air group! We just purchased our new home a couple of months ago. We knew something was off with our a/c system. It was constantly running. One half of the house was cool, the other half was much warmer & seemed more humid. We reached out to Charlie & Joey at Madd Air, as they had diagnosed & repaired our system in our older home about 7 months ago. I can’t express to you enough, how grateful I am for these gents! It was a true team effort that got us up & running way before we had expected. Madd Air is the best!

I must say, I was EXTREMELY impressed with Joey & his team. They showed up early (with a heads up first) & worked hard all day replacing the ductwork in our 2-story home. They were all very friendly & professional at the same time. They did a stellar job. They brought tarps & covered the flooring, furniture & appliances where they had to cut into the sheetrock. After the job was complete they vacuumed the house, swept & you couldn’t tell they had been here at all. I would HIGHLY recommend Madd for all of your A/C needs. Top notch crew!

We have used MADD Air now for several years. They have always been prompt and finding a solution to solve any problems. They have also replaced both our units. They are very professional and always clean up after they are done. Sam is fantastic!

We had an issue with our ac. Madd air came out and found the problem right away. They gave us a quote and the next morning they had our ac and ductwork replaced. This company is super professional and has great customer service. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Joseph, from MADD, came to figure out why our A/C had quit running. He quickly determined that the drain line was plugged up. He fixed that problem and then installed a new filter for me and checked the outside unit and assessed its efficiency.

MADD was highly recommended by several friends at our Church and we would absolutely recommend them as well. I have signed up for their maintenance program and look forward to more excellent customer service and attention to detail. AND their prices are extremely reasonable.

We have had an ongoing issue which their technician was able to identify. Knowledge is power, and he had the knowledge.

Two times these guys have saved us.
1.The crew came out with such short notice and helped us tarp a leak when the hurricane came through. I was out of town, they talked to my wife with respect and help her understand the issue. they came and repaired the bad shingles that lifted and leaked- n issues since then.
2. when we had that crazy windstorm, a branch we didn't think it was much fell on our roof. when I removed it, there was a good 8 inch hole in our roof right over our child's room. They sent out a guy again and tarped it up asap. we had people wanting to do a complete roof repair and call insurance. our home isn't even 5 years old. They came out, removed a large area of shingles, repaired the area and showed us exactly what they were doing. both times left the roof and work are like no one was there. very clean and very professional.

Justin came out to service my A/C. After the service he gave me a quote that had everything I asked for. I talked to the office, and they gave me a date for install the following week. The new A/C unit was installed today. Throughout the whole process it was very professional. Charley's Team of Technicians did an awesome job. Charley showed me how to use the A/C Controller and all the necessary adjustments. The new A/C unit sounds like it's on whisper mode compared to old unit. We recently had our upstairs AC replaced. MADD Air was able to come out, assess the problem and replace the unit all very quickly. Sam was very thorough in explaining all of our options and answering any questions we had. The installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

My upstairs AC went out two days before the hurricane. I called MADD Air and they came out to diagnose the problem. Needed new outside unit. Had to wait 9+ days until electricity was restored to my neighborhood. MADD Air called everyday asking if we had ac and assured me they would install as soon as power was on. They came out and installed quickly and professionally.

I had a great experience with Madd Ac repair JJ came to the house accessed the repair need on the central ac and had it repaired in 15 minutes at very reasonable cost

Gotta shout out to Heather & Sam at MADD Air. Our capacitor went out at 3p yesterday so I called the Home Warranty and they got us set up. By 930a this morning still hadn't heard from the assigned company. Called MADD Air and 5 minutes later Sam was at my door, 10 minutes after that he knocked on my door and told me it was all done! I'm floored and amazed with their level of service and so thankful for them!

One on my AC units went out and Camilo, Joey and their entire crew very competently replaced it. I am so pleased with the expert care we received. Timely, efficient and professional. Thank you!!

Justin and Carlo did a great job troubleshooting and getting my AC going. They also left the attic in much better shape than to start with. Really appreciate these guys and their crew for working in the hot attic to repair the problem. Highly recommend.

MADD Air is by far the best service we have ever used. We just had Sam come out today to repair our system and as with everyone on the team he was nothing but professional and courteous. That is the reason they are the first and only number we call when we have A/C issues.

We had both units serviced by Camilo and he was very professional, respectful, polite, and thorough. He noticed a possible leak and left quotes for replacement should we decide to do so. We noticed the units struggling and decided to replace the units as they were the original models and were 20 years old. Justin came out and answered some additional questions and explained the quotes and process. After calling around we decided to use Madd Air as they are the most upfront, easy to contact, and in my opinion helpful.
Justin arrived with the installation crew promptly at 8am as scheduled and they got to work. Moy and his crew were extremely polite, respectful, and hardworking! They worked through the heat and had both units replaced by 2pm. Justin explained the new thermostats and systems and left his number should any issues arise.

Madd Air has been servicing our AC/Heating units for a few years now and Sam who takes care of our area is great. Takes his time to explain in detail what was done and what may need upgrading soon. This week he lead a team to upgrade our System which was still original to the house and had gone out. They made room on their schedule before the weekend and within hours the system was replaced and is running smoothly. Sam even assisted with an additional air return which makes the entire system run much more smoothly and eliminated a noise problem with the original return completely. The team cleaned up perfectly and Sam just made it all seem so effortless for us. The office team was quickly available for all needs as well. Thanks Sam and Madd Air. 10/10

Sam and the team at Madd were able to tackle a failure quickly in our home last week. We opted to replace the entire furnace versus replacing an older blower motor. Very professional and will do business with Madd again, if needed.
